Pioneering rhythm-based wellness experiences

A deep rhythmic reset

Who We Are

Beat Bath pioneers immersive wellness experiences that harness the therapeutic power of rhythm. Founded by professional percussionists Louise Anna Duggan and Joley Cragg, (London Symphony Orchestra, Royal National Theatre), Beat Bath brings exceptional musical artistry into the wellness space. Drawing on mindfulness, meditation, live percussion, and the restorative effects of gentle, repetitive rhythm, our experiences are designed to regulate the nervous system, encourage relaxation, and foster meaningful connection. Whether through our signature Participatory Beat Bath Experience, where guests create dynamic rhythmic soundscapes together, or our Immersive Experience, a deeply restorative rhythm-led sound bath, we invite people to experience rhythm not simply as music, but as a powerful pathway to wellbeing.

Our Offerings

  • Beat Bath is a brand new participatory Sound Bath experience, rooted in the ancient Drum Circle tradition, but re-imagined for the modern age. Sessions combine calming sounds, gentle soothing rhythms, and guided meditation to create a euphoric and powerful collective experience.

Devised by two professional musicians, Louise Anna Duggan and Joley Cragg, Beat Bath was developed to help anyone access the mindful, calming ‘flow state’ that musicians experience when playing sustained beats together. Participants play carefully curated percussion instruments alongside an original composition, to build dynamic soundscapes together.

Beat Bath is inclusive by design, with no previous musical experience required. Sessions aim to reduce stress, release endorphins, and foster connection, leaving you relaxed, mindful, and energised.

  • The Immersive Sound Bath Experience is a deeply restorative sound bath experience that combines mindfulness, meditation, and the therapeutic power of rhythm. Distinct from a traditional sound bath, it places gentle, repetitive rhythm at the heart of the experience, harnessing its unique ability to regulate the nervous system, encourage the body's natural release of endorphins, and promote deep relaxation. Guests are invited to recline and surrender into an immersive sonic environment, created live by two distinguished percussionists whose careers span more than four decades and include collaborations with internationally renowned arts and entertainment institutions. Through exquisitely crafted rhythmic soundscapes, the Immersive Sound Bath Experience cultivates a profound sense of calm, presence, and renewal.
